The Outskirts are a rural farming community just outside the city of Circuit Falls. The Outskirts were established shortly after the massive nuclear fallout covering the earth had dissipated somewhere around 2105. With most of Circuit Falls' land space needed for housing and industrial work, The Outskirts became a crucial asset for the city's development. Harvesting crops, breeding cattle and mining for raw material are all important needs serviced by the area.
It is believed that Doctor Tesla was born in The Outskirts and spent of most of his formative years there, but little is known for sure, as records of citizens born in The Outskirts are not kept.
